What we collect, and why

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide — name, organisation, email, phone, sector, project stage, budget band, product interests and message. We use them for exactly one purpose: responding to and managing your enquiry.

How enquiry data is handled

• Your enquiry is delivered by email only to our sales team (sales@labid.com.my).
• No enquiry data is stored in website databases, analytics profiles or marketing lists.
• Your enquiry basket exists only in your own browser until you choose to submit it.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We disclose it only where required by law.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent to further processing, by writing tosales@labid.com.my.

Retention

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to serve the business relationship they concern, after which they are deleted in the ordinary course of mailbox housekeeping.
